Return and Refund Policy

Overview

CampCan accepts returns within 60 days of purchase, as long as the item(s) are in unused, original condition. A printed copy of the relevant order email must be included in the package, showing the name, order number and listed items.

Return Shipping

Please contact info@campcan.ca to receive the return shipping address (Calgary, AB). Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item(s). We recommend using a trackable service as CampCan is not responsible for any lost packages.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify the customer that we have received the returned item. If in unused, original condition, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
